So, it turns out we COSALUX creatives aren’t just a bunch of keyboard warriors with a caffeine addiction. Nope, sometimes we lace up our trainers and tackle a marathon or two, just for kicks. I mean, who needs existential dread when you can have runner’s high, right?

It’s like Monty Python said, “Always look on the bright side of life.” And what’s brighter than a 7 km  slog through people, people, and the occasional existential crisis?

But hey, that’s the beauty of it. Pushing your limits, testing your endurance, embracing the absurdity of it all. It’s a metaphor for life, really. One foot in front of the other, one km at a time, until you cross that finish line, a sweaty, triumphant mess.

So yeah, we may be a creative bunch, but we’re not afraid to get our hands (and feet) dirty. After all, a healthy body fuels a healthy mind, and a healthy mind creates killer content. It’s a win-win, really.
