Sometimes my friends in Germany ask me what’s so special about my hometown in Bosnia. Well, there are many things, but before all it is the beautiful river Una and my bosnian friends, which are becoming more and more with each summer. Hence exactly this combination is the secret recipe which keeps me coming to Novi Grad and enjoy that worriless sunny life in summer. There is namely nothing more satisfying than jumping into the Una by 35 degrees with your friends on the side and shouting so loud the whole neighbourhood is knowing what’s going on. Three years ago, I rediscovered my own hometown, and now as I am almost 50 years old, I am just living that youthful life again thanks to amazing river Una and my more than amazing Bosnian friends. Please dive into the deep greens of our one and only river Una and enjoy that sparkling and refreshing feeling of the summer in Novi Grad.
